Lauren Reade
Head of Operations
Lauren is the driving force behind the operational excellence at the Fund! Affectionately known as the one who “keeps the trains running on time,” Lauren is based out our headquarters in Amsterdam, where she collaborates closely with the leadership team and external stakeholders to ensure the efficient execution of NIF projects and initiatives.
Prior to joining the NIF, Lauren spent close to two decades as a Canadian Armed Forces Reservist in Ottawa, Canada. While carrying out her Reserve duties, she worked for a variety of boot-strapped and VC backed technology startups where she played a pivotal role in team expansion and laying the groundwork for success. Outside of the NIF, Lauren loves adventuring with her husband and her rescue dog, learning new musical instruments, training for obscure races, and watching Seinfeld re-runs.
